Identification
- Notarized copy of passport of all signatories, directors and beneficial owners to the account
References

Two references are required on all signatories, director(s) and beneficial owner(s) to the account. One reference from a bank with which the company/person has had a relationship for at least one year. Length and type of relationship with average balances where possible should be stated in the reference. A personal reference from an attorney or accountant.
Confirmation of Address
- Street and country address of the parties to the account are required
- Copy of utility bill of company for address verification
Company Documents
- Certificate of Incorporation, and Articles and Memorandum of Association
- Certificate of Good Standing (if company is established over 1 year)
- Certificate of Good Standing is of foreign Jurisdiction
- Resolution of appointment of directors of the company
