REQUIREMENTS TO OPEN A PERSONAL/JOINT ACCOUNT

Application Form

• Payable Through Account Information, Principal’s information & Additional information
• Waiver, Senior Political Figure Form, Declaration of Origin of Funds,  Indemnity for Facsimile and Email instructions, Signature card(s)

Identification

• Notarized copy of passport of all signatories and beneficial owners to the account

References

• Two references are required on all signatories and beneficial owner(s) to the account. One reference from a bank with which the person has had a relationship for at least one year.  Length and type of relationship with average balances where possible should be stated in the reference.  One personal reference from an attorney or accountant.

Confirmation of Address

• Street and country address of the parties to the account is required. 
• Copy of utility bill of signatories to the account for address verification
